Delivery area

We currently deliver to selected postcodes across Surrey, Berkshire, and South-West London:

Surrey: GU21, GU22, GU23, GU24 (Woking) · KT1, KT2, KT3, KT4, KT5, KT6, KT7, KT8, KT9 (Kingston / Surbiton) · KT10, KT11, KT12, KT13 (Esher / Weybridge)

Berkshire: SL4 (Windsor) · SL5 (Ascot) · SL6 (Maidenhead)

South-West London: TW9, TW10 (Richmond)

If your postcode isn't listed, message us — we may be able to add it as the route grows.

Delivery schedule

Tiffins are delivered Sunday through Friday, evening 4pm–6pm. Our kitchen rests on Saturday. Lunchtime slots are launching later this year — for now, evenings only. You'll receive a WhatsApp confirmation of your delivery time once your order is in.

Order cut-off

Subscription orders are auto-fulfilled to your renewal schedule. One-off and trial orders need to be placed by 6pm the day before your first delivery.

Delivery cost

Free delivery on all weekly and monthly subscription plans. Trial orders include delivery within the listed postcodes. We don't currently deliver outside the listed areas.

Missed deliveries

If we miss a window or you're not home, we'll attempt redelivery the same day where possible. Otherwise the meal is credited to your account. Pause your subscription if you're going to be away — unused days roll forward, never lost.
